What Our Inspections Cover

“On-Site” inspections include a complete visual [non – invasive] evaluation of both the inside and outside of the property, from the foundations and subfloor, to the ceiling space and roofing materials, with particular emphasis on high risk areas such as cladding(s), joinery, flashings, roof, decks and “wet areas”, like bathrooms and laundries.

The aim of the inspection is to identify any significant defects, which are visible during the time of inspection with the use of a thermal imaging camera and moisture meter as well as assess the general overall condition of the home.
